Does it also work on dark/black nails?

Yes! Although the nail bed is most difficult to see on black nails, the powerful LED light penetrates the nail surface and makes the shadow of the bloodline much more visible than natural light. For extremely dark nails, we recommend cutting only small amounts at a time using the light.
